We were engaged by a top player in the b2b marketing industry to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of a web-based marketing platform that was being considered for acquisition. Our role involved conducting an in-depth analysis of the platform’s technical operations and financials. Our assessment encompassed a code review, SWOT analysis, evaluation of team skillsets, OpEx and cost model analysis. We presented our findings in a comprehensive report that included projected costs for modernizing the platform for integration into the b2b marketing company’s existing solution mix.
