SUMMARY

Infused Innovations’ practice is focused on planning, designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions for our clients. This position provides “bench” support, help desk and engineering with a focus on the SMB market.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years providing help desk support
  • 2+ years providing bench / technical build-out assistance
  • Experience supporting common operating systems and back-office applications both on and off of VMware (such as Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, etc…)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience supporting VMware’s product line
  • Experience with iSCSI and NFS storage technologies
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions using common industry server and switching platforms
  • Consulting experience – the ideal candidate will have some experience with a technology vendor or systems integrator selling, designing, and implementing the above solutions
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a support engineer for Infused Innovations’ consulting practice
  • Support a mix of the above technologies for our clients
  • Serve as engineering resource on implementation projects
  • Maintain technical certifications as required
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
  • Hands-on experience required
