Our Innovation Lab delivers cutting-edge insights, a highly collaborative engagement model, and a Proof-of-Concept Accelerator to help visionaries disrupt their businesses and industries with the latest technological innovations.
Leveraging emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, blockchain, edge computing, and IoT technologies, our team of Envisioneers, senior consultants and engineers will work with you to develop and implement a groundbreaking innovation strategy that produces quick time to value.

When COVID decimated the live theatre scenes of London and New York, we were brought in by a visionary group -- their mission was to enable the theatre community to participate in the new creator economy being powered by Web3, allowing all participants to engage with each other and profit from their passion. From 0-60, we led all technology and security efforts related to business formation, MVP definition, platform build-out, and supported the organization through go-live, marketing launches, support, and scaling.

A leading marine environmental consultancy, with expertise in the acquisition and interpretation of data that determines the health of the seabed and the resources that rely on ocean habitats, needed a forward-looking partner to advise them on a roadmap to deploy AI / ML in the image analysis process. At the same time, they desired to be better able to leverage their existing massive dataset to find insights from ocean sediment all around the world via a modern data warehouse. The innovation we’re leading with this customer has benefited clients such as Orsted, Shell, Equinor, Siemens Gamesa, Mayflower Wind, Ocean Winds, BP, ExxonMobil, NYSERDA, NOAA, USACE, and USEPA.

Spread across 30 office locations and with nearly 2,000 employees, this multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm desired an innovative approach to deliver on an enhanced customer experience, retention, and project success. They wanted to know when a customer was at-risk for churn due to dissatisfaction with an engagement. Pulling data from a number of sources (Dynamics ERP for project information, UltiPro HR for staff linkage to projects, Defender Endpoint for internal staff file access telemetry, Exchange Online for communications, etc…) we built a machine learning model that ingested and correlated all these sources, performed sentiment analysis on the communications, and was able to predict at the 30% project milestone whether a project was trending towards success or failure, allowing project managers to step in and better manage expectations and customer experience.

A rapidly growing cannabis grower was in need of a customize and innovative technology solution that would allow them to automate and optimize the growing cycles of their plants. They wanted a solution that would be able to provide real-time information about the growing environment – humidity, temperature and soil moisture. They also wanted to be able to leverage advanced analytics in order to find ways to continually optimize their yields. Over the course of eight weeks, Infused Innovations designed a solution for them that addressed the capture of real-time sensor data as well as the analytical engine to allow them to continually look for ways to improve the quality and output of their product.

The client’s business delivers carrier-class optical transport, advanced IP-based networking, and innovative cloud solutions to Community Anchor Institutions and the communities they serve. When COVID hit, many inner-city students lost access to the broadband they required for virtual schooling. The state was looking for a private 4G LTE rollout to bring wireless into students’ homes, with much greater coverage than WiFi would deliver. To meet this need, the state turned to our client, who, in turn, engaged Infused Innovations to take charge of project planning, vendor selection, technical leadership, and the utilization of data and analytics to identify the best locations (by density) to deploy the solution for the students.

Helping the world’s energy transition through wind power requires a partner to not just design and build the back-end machine learning models but integrate them into existing workflows. Leveraging training data from completed projects, our deliverable enabled the client to push net-new data through with high precision and recall, critical to trusting the results. This innovation, which we are spearheading with this customer, has provided benefits to clients operating in the energy sector, the oil and gas industry, and various government agencies.
