We designed, built, hosted, managed, secured, and grew this environment as our client scaled, all while saving them millions of dollars over a similarly resilient and comparably-performant public cloud environment.
Spread across 30 office locations and with nearly 2,000 employees, this multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm required outside technical expertise to deliver on rapid change in a technically proficient manner. When COVID-19 hit, and organizations were quickly trying to ensure their staffs could work remotely, deploying nearly 2,000 cloud-delivered GPU-backed virtual desktops, planning to ensure massive CAD and GIS files were useable, and ensuring that workflow and project requirements were honored… we delivered.

An in-house, expensive, self-hosted, and buggy system is always low-hanging fruit for a ground-up rebuild and cloud-migration. But when the system is taking real-time data from state police dashboard computers, is required by law to provide open access data to the public, and is designed to encourage public safety initiatives and awareness specific to crash information, it’s not always easy. Infused Innovations’ advisors and engineers worked with our client and our partner, Orchestry, to implement a robust and automated Microsoft Teams and SharePoint lifecycle management system to create, monitor, and archive project teams. The result was a fully templated Teams channel structure with a folder hierarchy, templates, robust SharePoint associated site, and lifecycle management tagging that was as simple to implement as the client answering a few questions in a form.
This premium financial media company manages the advertising businesses of member publishers creating a large, unique, powerful opportunity for marketers. In doing so, they have a variety of data sources to manage, manual data entry challenges, and have wasted time through error-prone processes. The Infused Innovations team led a comprehensive current-state assessment, a discovery effort to build a landscape of data sources, and then provided recommendations on modern data platform, advanced analytics and reporting strategies, automation opportunities, and business process and operations management. These efforts lead to a nearly-overnight ROI around resource time reduction and removal of some manual data entry tasks and will continue to tackle additional improvements over the coming months.
This transportation authority is one of the largest public transit systems in the country, serving nearly 200 cities and towns and over 1 million daily riders. When this transportation authority decided to start bringing workers back to the office they needed an approach that was easy for staff to use from mobile devices, with the ability for staff to safely distance through desk reservations, signage to direct them to their desks, integration with the Microsoft 365 stack, and a communication plan to make it all happen. Infused Innovations delivered a solution built on Microsoft 365 and Envoy including the technical delivery and project management of the initiative, end-to-end.

For CapEx and OpEx reasons as well as flexible operational improvements and as part of a technology modernization initiative, a decision was made to migrate staff off their long-standing Cisco Voice solution. Over the course of a few months, detailed migration plans were created, services provisioned, numbers ported, and automations built. Because ServiceNow was the provisioning platform of choice, an integration workflow and automations were designed to automatically provision licensing and phone numbers without IT having to leave the ServiceNow interface. Thousands of users were successfully migrated to a modern unified collaboration platform as a result of this engagement.
Through targeted direct mail and digital marketing solutions backed by over 13 years of expertise in auto repair, fitness, dental, and home services marketing, this marketing company is focused on hyper-local marketing efforts to drive growth to local brick and mortar businesses. Our initial engagement was focused on data management, ETL and hygiene processes, and delivering business analytics in a standardized format. As we became more engaged, it became clear that their platform lacked reliable integration capabilities with their Sage-based platform and didn’t deliver on some key metric requirements (for example reporting on the profitability by customer per store and product). We are leading a comprehensive effort to improve on the existing proprietary platform, systems, processes, data integration, and most importantly accurate business intelligence, to help this marketing company deliver more to their customers.
This engineering firm provides a Software-as-a-Service platform that uses next generation cognitive computing to tackle challenges in the agri-food supply chain to save costs, reduce waste, and deliver environmental benefits. For a progressive organization offering cloud solutions, having a persistent and reliable online presence is critically important. When Rackspace hosted Exchange went down for weeks in December 2022, the client’s business was directly impacted. Microsoft referred the client to us; we built out Azure AD, Exchange Online, appropriate security controls, and migrated MX records in real-time, and then assisted with the ingestion of backup mail archives when available.
